Palghar :- In a significant administrative move, Mr. Sharadchandra Mali has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Saparvi) of the Palghar District Council. He officially assumed his new role on the evening of October 5th, 2023.
The appointment was made under the leadership of Mr. Prakash Nikam, the President of the District Council, and in the presence of key officials, including Mr. Bhanudas Palve, the Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Pankaj Kore, the Vice President; Mr. Ravi Shinde, the Additional Chief Executive Officer; along with heads of various departments, officers, employees, and fourth-grade staff, who extended a warm welcome to Mr. Mali and offered their best wishes for his future endeavors.
Mr. Sharadchandra Mali embarked on his career in 1992 as a teacher in Mumbra, Thane. He gradually rose through the ranks, serving in roles such as Education Officer in Sangli, Group Development Officer Class II in Atapadi, Assistant Project Coordinator in Child Development Projects at Indapur, and Group Development Officer in Ambegav. He continued to excel in his career, ultimately achieving the position of Group Development Officer (High Grade) in Junnar, Pune. His journey eventually led him to seek higher responsibilities, resulting in his appointment as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Palghar District Council.
Throughout his service, Mr. Mali has earned numerous accolades and has received training in various fields, highlighting his dedication to personal and professional growth.
As Mr. Sharadchandra Mali takes on this new role at the Palghar District Council, he brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to serving the community. He has been an advocate for ensuring that all retired employees receive their pensions and other benefits promptly, as well as updating service records and facilitating the transfer of service books. Moreover, his relentless efforts to make employees eligible for various national and state-level awards from the District Council, Panchayat Samiti, and other entities have not gone unnoticed.
Mr. Mali’s vision for his tenure as Deputy Chief Executive Officer reflects his unwavering dedication to the welfare of the community and employees. His tenure is expected to be marked by a commitment to providing maximum benefits to retired employees on the day of their retirement, underlining his determination to give back to the community.
